Free local pick-up:

If you have indicated local pick-up when checking out, you can reach out to nk@nicolekagan.com or text 416 648 1926 to arrange a convenient time.

Shipping

Unless otherwise indicated, your purchase will be printed-to-order and then hand-painted with gold ink, signed, and editioned in pencil. As such, please allow for anywhere between 3 to 14 days business days between ordering and shipping from Toronto, Canada.  

Artwork will be shipped via Canada Post expedited services with tracking and added insurance.
A tracking number will be provided when your order has shipped. 

Packaging

Fine Art Prints up to 12x12 in./11x14 in. will be shipped in a cardboard flat mailer within an acid-free plastic sleeve containing an acid-free board for added stiffness. 

Larger custom-ordered prints will be rolled in tissue and packaged in a cardboard mailing tube. If in a tube, upon arrival we recommend you remove your print carefully with clean hands and lay it flat to allow the curvature of the paper to settle.


Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the artwork in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the date the purchase was received.
The buyer must assume the cost of the return postage.

RETURN NOTE: Please contact us and wait for confirmation BEFORE returning any items.

Make sure to include contact information with the return and provide us with a tracking number. Refunds will only be processed after receiving and checking the condition of the returned goods.

If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any return customs charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

Import Duties / Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Colors

Please keep in mind that the colours within the artwork might differ from those on screen.
Though we aim to capture the colours and tones as accurately as possible, monitor and screen calibration varies across devices. 

In the event of Transport Damage

If the product is lost or damaged during transport, please notify us immediately.
All shipments are insured.

Copyright

When you purchase artwork, you become the owner of the physical piece.
The copyright remains with Nicole Kagan.
