FAQ’s
What is included in this workshop?
The three-hour workshop is a beautiful guided experience in my inspiring, light-filled studio. All art materials are included, as well as an array of delicious treats and tea. A follow-up summary + resource list will also be shared after the workshop to help you integrate these methods into your daily life.
I’m not very experienced with meditation, and/or, I can't draw well — Are you SURE this workshop is for me?
Absolutely! This workshop has been designed for all levels of experience – you will surprise yourself. All you need is an open mind and a little playful curiosity! We’ll be focusing on the sensory experience of slowing down and exploring expression with art materials. You will get the rare experience as an adult to focus on the process and not the final product.
I am very comfortable with creative expression and/or mindfulness meditation, will there be something NEW in this experience for me?
Absolutely! I will be providing a container/space to explore and play creatively in combination with mindfulness practices and concepts, so even if you have experience with one or both, you likely haven’t combined them in this way before. With an open or ‘beginner’s mindset’, there is always something new to discover. While many of these exercises seem simple they are profound. These are practices that can be repeated endless times, with new layers and discoveries available along the way.
How many participants usually attend?
8 people max.
What is your refund policy?
Purchased tickets are non-refundable*.
* Exception: In the extremely unlikely event that the workshop itself must be canceled — you will be refunded automatically and will be the first to know when new workshop dates become available.
** Exception: Transfer to another date may be possible on a case-by-case basis if your spot can be filled.
